Your Symptoms Deserve to Be Documented Right.
Veteran-Owned. Serving Those Who Served.
We connect veterans with private medical providers who take the time to accurately document service-connected conditions on Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs).
- No upfront risk
- You stay in control
- Private medical evaluations
- Our providers take the time to get it right.
- The VA gave you 5 minutes. We give you a real evaluation.
We’ve Been Where You Are
We started Eagle Rising because we lived it. Rushed C&P exams. Conditions that got overlooked. Ratings that didn’t reflect reality.
We’re not attorneys. We’re not a VSO. We’re a veteran-owned medical documentation service that connects you with private medical providers who actually listen — and know how to document what matters on a DBQ.
What we do:
- Connect you with licensed providers experienced in VA disability evaluations
- Coordinate thorough independent medical examinations
- Ensure your symptoms are accurately captured on Disability Benefits Questionnaires
What we don’t do:
- File claims for you (that’s your call, or work with a free VSO)
- Give legal advice
- Promise outcomes
We get you the documentation. What you do with it is up to you.
Free Exists. Here’s Why Veterans Still Call Us.
VSOs file claims. We help you get documented accurately.
Free services like DAV, VFW, and American Legion do great work — and we encourage veterans to use them for claims filing. We just focus on a different part of the process:
- Private medical evaluations — VSOs work with the documentation you bring; we help you get more.
- Thorough DBQs — C&P exams are often rushed; our providers take the time.
- Faster scheduling — many VSO offices are booked out; we move quicker.
- Dedicated attention — we’re not juggling thousands of cases.
We don’t replace VSOs. We work alongside them to get you the evidence you need.
Our providers take the time to listen to your symptoms, document them accurately, and complete DBQs that reflect what you’re living with — not what a rushed exam captures in five minutes.
Your symptoms, accurately documented. That’s the difference.
When veterans seek to increase their disability rating, they undergo evaluations with contracted VA doctors. However, many veterans have experienced C&P examiners who made them feel unheard or dismissed — examiners unwilling to take their word as medical evidence. This can produce inconsistencies between the examiner’s findings and the actual service-connected conditions.
Eagle Rising Veteran Consultants connects you with private medical providers who understand VA disability evaluations. This helps ensure your symptoms are accurately documented, reducing discrepancies between what you live with and what ends up on paper.

Eligibility for VA Disability Benefits
You generally need three things:
- Honorable discharge — or general under honorable conditions
- A current condition — linked to your time in service
- Medical evidence — documentation connecting the two
That’s called a nexus.
Most veterans qualify, even for conditions that showed up years after service. If your symptoms are real but the documentation isn’t there, that’s exactly what we help with.
VA Claim Denied? You're Not Done.
If your VA disability claim was denied, you’re not alone — and you’re not out of options. Many claims get rated too low or rejected the first time. It doesn’t mean you’re wrong. It usually means the paperwork didn’t match reality.
That’s a documentation problem, not a you problem.
We connect you with private medical providers who take the time to document your conditions thoroughly — the kind of evidence that actually supports your supplemental claim, HLR, or next move.
Your evidence. Your move.
“Excellent consultants. Took me through my process so effectively and effortlessly I literally couldn’t believe it. Only problem is I just don’t have anymore people to tell about the company. Very highly recommended.”

“Eagle Rising Veteran Consulting is outstanding. They go above and beyond to help veterans. I had many questions they answered all of them. Eagle Rising is a great Consultant and their customer service is the best. Good work for helping all veterans!!”

“They were very professional and even with the coronavirus shut down of everything they still got my things done in the timely manner and a lot quicker than they said it would take. I’m very please and could not ask for a better team to take care of us.”
